The schedule is as follows:

– From October 28, 2020 to December 30, 2020, existing players can access the game as before.
– Hero Pass Season 5 will start on October 29, 2020. To thank you for your continued support, this Hero Pass will be available to all existing players for free.
– Beginning October 29, 2020, existing players will receive more rewards in game.
– Beginning October 29, 2020, players will no longer be able to download the game client in the App Store and Google Play Store, buy in-game currency, or register new accounts.
– The server will be shut down on December 31, 2020, at this point players will no longer be able to access The Elder Scrolls: Legends (Asia).
– After December 31, 2020, we will accept refund requests for unused Crown Coins acquired via purchases. The refund method and description are as follows: Android 6 emulator for pc.
1. The refund processing time is from December 31, 2020 to January 31, 2021
2. Only unused Crown Coins bought after March 12, 2020 can be refunded. Crown Coins obtained as in-game rewards cannot be refunded.
3. The refund application can only be submitted via the official customer service email, Tesl@gaea.zendesk.com. Players can send emails with their character ID attached or in-game name and corresponding recharge order record to the customer service email.
4. After the customer service verifies the data and user information, a refund will be applied based on the player's unconsumed currency.
5. The estimated refund handling time is about seven business days.

Speaking on Reddit, Community Manager, CVH stated: To clarify, this isn't related to the original version of the game. The Elder Scrolls: Legends Asia is managed separately by GAEA, and the decision to turn off servers in Asia is independent of Legends' Western servers.'
At the time of this post, we still do not know how long the global Elder Scrolls: Legends servers will remain operational. Many had hoped that the Asian client would breathe new life into the franchise.

While it is sad to see the game shut down, it is not a huge surprise after Bethesda announced that there would be no more development on the game earlier this year.

While we are still uncertain what will happen in time, the Global version of The Elder Scrolls: Legends is still available to play on iOS, Android, and PC.
